Refund, Delivery and Cancellation Policy

1. Delivery
All our products are digital. No physical shipping is involved. Once your payment is approved, you will automatically receive an email with access to your product (a download link or members' area login), usually within minutes. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, please check your spam folder and contact us at contact@differentfuturellc.com and we will resend it.
2. 7-day money-back guarantee
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date, for any reason. To request a refund, email contact@differentfuturellc.com with your full name, the email used for the purchase and your order number, or request it directly through the platform where you made the payment.
3. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit may take 5–10 business days to appear. Once a refund is issued, access to the product is revoked.
4. Requests after 7 days
Because digital products are delivered and accessible immediately, refund requests made after the 7-day period are not accepted, except where required by applicable law or in case of a duplicate charge or technical error that prevented access to the product.
5. Cancellations
Orders for one-time digital products are completed at the moment of delivery and cannot be cancelled afterwards; please use the 7-day guarantee instead. If you purchase any subscription or recurring product, you may cancel at any time before the next billing date by contacting us or through your account on the payment platform; cancellation stops future charges and access continues until the end of the paid period.
